About The Role We are seeking a Remote Foreclosure Coordinator who will provide essential administrative support for foreclosure matters across multiple states and jurisdictions where the firm operates. This role ensures the efficient handling of assigned cases and supports the firm's foreclosure processes. Responsibilities Open files in case management system. Compile, prepare and summarize relevant information and materials to be used in preparation of legal documents and notices and required mailings. Prepare legal documents, notices and submit legal documents for execution by clients. Coordinate submission of documents and legal notices for mailing, recordation, publication and posting. Prepare payoff, reinstatements and send to borrowers; Prepare chronologies to send to client and prepare files for mediation. Complete Bankruptcy and SCRA Searches as assigned. Maintain and update active case files in the firm’s database. Interact with clients as directed to gather appropriate supporting documentation and provide updates on file status. Filing documents with various courts throughout the various states/jurisdictions. Calendaring deadlines and hearing dates. Prepare client status reports; respond to client inquiries. Internal and client system updates. Communicate with team members to understand team goals; assist executing on the plan to realize those goals. Complete OE2 updates and related processing tasks when necessary to keep files moving forward and avoid delays awaiting Global updates or action. Log and track incoming mail and documents for the commercial team and routing documents for recording as directed. Prepare, record, and track First Legal documents and related foreclosure notices as assigned, including preparing First Legal NODs for California, Nevada, Utah, and Washington, with training to include Oregon. Send original documents for recording as assigned and coordinating e-recorded documents with title companies. Assisting Trustee Sale Officers with maintaining file progression to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. Conduct PACER bankruptcy searches and reviewing bankruptcy status updates as requested Monitor assigned files for outstanding items and proactively follow up to prevent unnecessary delays. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate timely movement of foreclosure matters. With other job duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience with title, foreclosure, bankruptcy, trustee sale, or default servicing preferred. Experience with foreclosure or client systems such as LPS/Black Knight, Tempo, FSI, ICE, Equator, or similar systems preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and have attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to review documents for accuracy and recordability, follow timelines and meet deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Dependable, professional, team-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency; strong follow-up skills. Ability to work independently while also supporting team goals.
