About the role

We're seeking a dependable Ford Parts Counter Sales professional to support both our retail and wholesale customers. In this role, you'll be the frontline resource for technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts, helping identify, source, and sell the right parts while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Accurately identify and source Ford parts using catalog and dealership systems
• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-focused
• Meet individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Ford parts experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Pay

$22 per hour, plus bonuses

Schedule

Full-time. Schedule may include Saturdays.
