Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts counter salesperson. you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their parts needs, and selling parts to both retail and wholesale customers. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with their parts needsUse computer systems to locate parts and check inventory levelsSell parts to both retail and wholesale customersProcess customer orders and returns accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized parts departmentProvide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerAssist with inventory management by stocking and organizing parts, conducting cycle counts, and ordering parts as neededWork closely with the service department to ensure that parts are ordered and delivered in a timely mannerKeep up-to-date with new products and technologies in the automotive industry Requirements High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in automotive parts sales or related field is a mustKnowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plusExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personalityStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyProficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systemsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods of timeValid driver's license Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is an equal opportunity employer and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
