About the role
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive service experience by clearly communicating repair needs, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive for service appointments
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Open and manage repair orders while ensuring all information is accurate and complete
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services to customers clearly and professionally
- Provide cost estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
- Keep customers informed about repair status, delays, or additional service needs
- Ensure completed work meets dealership quality standards before returning vehicles to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat service visits
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and service department staff
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Pay
Pay range: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 monthly
