Ford Automotive Warranty Administrator
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Ford Warranty Administrator to join our team of 300 warranty administrators. This full-time, remote opportunity focuses solely on warranty administration for Ford dealerships. The position requires previous automotive dealer experience managing warranty claims, excellent customer service, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. A non-compete agreement is required.
Requirements
- Previously held position as a Warranty Admin in a franchised Automotive Dealer
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to motivate others, particularly within the dealership, to achieve their highest potential
- Good working knowledge of DMS software
- Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
- Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
- Proficient at reading technician notes and applying appropriate labor codes
- Certified or trained in at least one manufacturer
Responsibilities
- Review claims for manufacturer’s compliance with policy and procedures
- Utilize our proprietary CARS application to assist in resolution of dealer compliance issues
- Book, close, and submit claims for payment
- Handle accounting and clearing differences in payment
- Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow to dealer clients
- Maintain appropriate certifications and knowledge of updated policies and procedures
- Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer’s policy
Location
Work remotely in the U.S. or at our Greenwood Village, CO office if local.

Pay
- Guaranteed salary for the first 90 days during probationary period
- Commission-only compensation after 90 days
- $45k–$65k per year
