Our 24/7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences through strong communication skills.
- Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
- 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
- ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulfilling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
- Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
- Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
- Complete inspections of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

Physical Requirements
This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires:
- Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist
- Activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing
- Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Working safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
