Foodservice Manager

Starting pay: $18.50/hr. - $20.50/hr. Must be 21+ to apply.

Our 24/7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences through strong communication skills.
• Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
• 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulfilling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
• Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
• Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
• Complete inspections of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

Physical Requirements

This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires:

• Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist
• Activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing
• Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Working safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
