Food Services Team - Aide - NHC Dickson

About the role

Be part of an exceptional Food and Nutrition Services/Dietary team in Dickson, TN! Work alongside our Chef and Registered Dietitians. Position: Food Services Team, Aide - No late nights! No Nashville traffic!

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality food preparation, production, and service.
• Work closely with the Chef and Registered Dietitians to ensure compliance with dietary guidelines.
• Ensure that all meals meet nutritional requirements and taste preferences of patients.
• Handle inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Assist in meal planning and preparation according to patient needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Requirements

• Sincere interest in foodservice and enjoyment of working with geriatric and other healthcare patients.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
