Food Services Rep Sr

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers.
• Aid patients with menu selection based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain daily interactions with patients to enhance the quality of their experience.
• Occasionally cover shifts for the Food Service Coordinator.
• Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment.
• Prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays, and perform daily dishwashing and work area cleaning.
• Receive and store food and supplies deliveries using First In, First Out (FIFO) principles and assist with inventory management.
• Act as a liaison between patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel, and Food and Nutrition Services.
• Train new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Nonessential: High School or Equivalent Education
• Nonessential: GED
• Preferred: Food Handler Credential
• Essential: Six Months Experience in Food Services
• Essential: Experience Specialization in Food Services
• Never Working Remotely
