Assistant Cook
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support daily meal preparation for students and staff. This role is responsible for preparing nutritious meals in accordance with school nutrition guidelines while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Early morning availability is essential.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Compensation: Position Classification A-12 offers a starting wage of $17.90 - $21.12, based on experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
Dishwasher
This person is responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation duties including school trays, silverware utensils, drinkware, pots and pans, cleaning equipment, tables and stainless steel surfaces in an environment of cheerfulness, and personal caring.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Compensation: Position Classification A-11 offers a starting wage of $17.65 - $20.86, based on experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
Cashier/Food Service Worker
This position is a dual role. The cashier assists students and staff with purchase/payment of their meals. The ability to calculate simple math is beneficial. The food service worker assists with duties such as preparing and serving food, food storage, cleaning and assisting with dishwashing.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Compensation: Position Classification A-11 offers a starting wage of $17.65 - $20.86, based on experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with children ages 5 - 18
- Desire to work with other District employees and serve the nutritional needs of students
- Good communication skills; customer service experience beneficial
