About the role

As a Food Service Worker, you will assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving customers while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down food service stations
• Cook according to recipes and maintain temperature logs
• Sample food to ensure quality
• Manage waste disposal and maintain a clean, sanitized work environment
• Greet customers and handle feedback professionally
• Cross-train in various kitchen areas
• Support safety protocols and perform tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Certification in Serve Safe
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
