Food Service Worker Lead - Full-Time

About the Role

Food Service Worker responsible for assisting with food preparation, portioning, and serving customers in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and break down food service stations
• Cook and ensure accurate portion control
• Maintain temperature logs and sample food for quality
• Handle food quality issues and customer feedback
• Greet customers and provide excellent service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
• Dispose of waste and transfer supplies as needed
• Assist with safety observations and compliance
• Cross-train in concessions, catering, and other areas
• Support sanitation efforts and perform tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Leadership ability and team-oriented mindset
• Serve Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Food service experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift and transport hot items
• Comfort working in kitchen environments with heat, noise, and chemicals
• Capability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift

• Lifting, pushing, and pulling items as required
• Extended periods of standing, bending, and physical activity
• Adaptability to changing duties and fast-paced conditions
