About the Role

As a Food Service Worker, you will assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving customers in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation, set up, and break down of stations
• Cook according to recipes and ensure accurate portioning
• Maintain temperature logs and sample food items for quality control
• Greet customers, handle feedback positively, and maintain a clean, sanitized work environment
• Support safety protocols and cross-train in various kitchen areas
• Assist with special events or catering as needed

Requirements

• Strong customer service, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Serve Safe Certification preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Capability to lift and transport items
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with noise, heat, and chemicals

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking
