About the role

The Food Service Worker I (FSW-I) performs tasks not involving cooking, such as dishwashing, cold preparation, salad production, serving, cashiering, tray passing, and general cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and prepares cold items
• Produces salads and serves meals
• Works as a cashier and loads carts
• Performs general cleaning duties
• Receives supplies and equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a service-related environment/industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, guests, team members, and hospital personnel
• Able to maintain schedule requirements
• Read, write, and speak English

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in direct contact with various types of food
