Food Service/Concessions

Responsibilities

• Help with food preparation and service while adhering to state health department rules and regulations.
• Operate a point-of-sale register to sell food and beverages.
• Provide excellent guest service in all guest interactions.
• Respond to inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately ring up charges at the register and follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Perform open/close functions following guidelines and procedures established by LCMP’s Food Services Coordinator.
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Safe and efficient food handling and preparation according to Ohio Department of Health standards.
• Friendly customer service, accurate register operation, and proper cash handling procedures.
• Professional and courteous behavior, even under pressure.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors and on flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Safety and efficiency in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license or State ID.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service is preferable but not necessary.
