Concessions/Catering

Legends Global is seeking Catering/Concession/Suite Staff for BMO Center and Coronado Theatre to provide high-quality service for banquets, concessions, and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to guests with a high level of customer service.
• Understand and practice the concept of teamwork.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas.
• Strive to provide guests with a memorable experience by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Assist with preparation and set-up of event rooms when necessary.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure health codes are followed.
• Prepare food and beverage for customers.
• Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

• Attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to understand instructions and guest requests.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to move around the facility and stand for long hours during events.
• Must be able to talk and hear.
• Work may be inside or outside the building, including parking lots, with some exposure to adverse conditions.
• Daily lifting up to 20 lbs., constant reaching, stooping, standing, and walking.
• Must be able to balance serving trays and have good manual dexterity.
• Requires repetitive eye/hand coordination.

Schedule

• Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• All Food & Beverage scheduling is dependent on the BMO Center and Coronado Theatre events calendar.
