About the role
The Food Service Assistant is responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining food service areas while adhering to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring food temperatures

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, follow instructions, perform basic math, and work independently.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is essential.
- Operate equipment such as grills, beverage machines, toasters, dishwashers, and cash registers.
- Must comply with HACCP guidelines.
- Certifications like Serv Safe and BLS may be required depending on location.
