Food Server - Macau Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Monitor guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled.
• Work as a team with other servers to provide exceptional guest service.
• Perform all necessary side work, including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking condiments, filling salt and pepper shakers, and cutting lemons.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smoothly run functions.
• Perform bus-person duties to clear tables after guests have completed their meals.
• Assist with opening and closing functions according to prescribed specifications.
• Take and fill all food and drink orders, and maintain the venue in a clean and neat manner.
• Maintain proper sanitation practices.
• Maintain knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
• Adhere to Freeman Standards.
• Know hours of operation, current promotions, food products, and buffet station offerings.
• Complete assigned side work duties, including the use of supplies and cleaning/organizing assigned areas.
• Return any lost and found articles to a supervisor immediately.
• Uphold the Mission Statement: "We create authentic experiences that rock."
• Represent Hard Rock Biloxi positively with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
• Embody the Hard Rock Values.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events (e.g., banquets).
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Professional and positive image.
• High level of energy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.
