About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service at a local restaurant. Duties include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their dining needs
• Take and process food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and report discrepancies to management
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment is a plus
