Food Server

About the role

We are seeking an upbeat, outgoing, and positive individual to join our team in a part-time role at our full-service restaurant in Walnut Creek, CA. This position requires excellent guest relations skills and the ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting
• Remain on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
• Perform continuous use of hands and arms, bending, reaching, and twisting
• Carry food trays for prolonged periods

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card required
• One year of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Basic math skills
