About the role
The Production Manager oversees all aspects of production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in product manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Manage team of production workers, providing training and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
- Strong understanding of quality control and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
- Knowledge of ISO and other industry-specific quality standards.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
