Food Runner

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Food Runner for their restaurant Proof!. This role supports servers by delivering food with care and ensuring a polished dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Aiding in clearing used plates, glassware, and silverware, and resetting tables with clean linens and tableware.
• Refilling water glasses and beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting with other tasks as needed by servers or other staff.
• Greeting guests, providing menus, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Keeping the dining area, service stations, and potentially the kitchen clean and organized.
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Customer service skills: Friendly and attentive interaction with guests.

• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours.

Schedule & Hours

• Full Time
• AM NeedShift Times: 6:00am - 2:00pm / 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
