Food Retail Brand Location Supervisor - Cleveland State University

Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations
• Supervision of cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand requirements
• Maintenance of safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items
• Accurate inventory management according to departmental policies
• Delegation of tasks to employees as necessary
• Performance feedback and coaching of staff members
• Assistance with employee counselling sessions, timekeeping, and contact information maintenance
• Customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Compliance with Aramark safety policies and procedures
• Communication with staff via various means

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role preferred
• Prior experience in the food and hospitality industry required
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems

Pay
