Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative service to Hydrite’s sanitation customers within the Food Industry.
  • Aid Business Development Managers and Regional Managers in managing relationships and growing business within each account.
  • Optimize plant sanitation programs to meet performance standards set forth in plant surveys and PAMP goals.
  • Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site before engaging assistance from other Hydrite departments.
  • Determine, articulate, and manage sequential steps necessary to meet PAMP goals.
  • Prepare written service/usage reports as requested by customers and managers.
  • Understand and articulate the process flow at each account.
  • Identify latent customer problems and propose solutions.
  • Communicate all deviations from survey to the Regional Manager immediately.
  • Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plan design to deliver Hydrite’s full value.
  • Make adjustments to customer cost plans where applicable.
  • Meet annual goals and objectives established with the Regional Manager.
  • Perform duties outlined in relevant SOPs and other assigned tasks.
  • Train sanitation employees in group settings.
  • Meet the needs of external customers and internal Hydrite teams.
  • Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence through quality facilities, products, and services.
  • Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training activities.
  • Maintain RCRA compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university preferred (technical or marketing degree a plus), but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its impact on food quality and customer profitability.
  • Mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and related software.
  • Self-starter with a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.

This position reports to the Regional Manager and requires frequent overnight travel throughout southern Idaho based on business needs.
