Food Production - Sanitation

About the role

This role involves cleaning and sanitizing tools, Lexan tubs, bus tubs, and other items in the Dishwashing Room using a large commercial dishwashing machine and other methods. It is a crucial part of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes and equipment in the Dishwashing Room to meet Farmer’s Fridge standards of cleanliness
• Change the dishwasher water, detergent, and sanitizer to keep the machine running clean, and complete the Dishwasher Water Change Checklist in real-time
• Clean the tool storage boxes, dish shelves, and stages (weekly) and keep the dish room tidy
• Communicate with the QFS Team on equipment that must be swabbed to return to Production
• Dump trash and compost bins to ensure they remain useable for Production

Requirements

• Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8+ hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and in a hot environment
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Preferred)

Pay

Dishwasher Hourly Rate: $16.70 per hour + $2.50 shift differential (for Saturday and Sunday)/ $250 Sign-on BONUS!
