Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. is hiring Sanitation Workers for their Food Production Facility in Ferndale, MI.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work areas, and food processing facilities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Using approved cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Performing routine cleaning, waste removal, and sanitation tasks
• Supporting efficient production and meeting quality and regulatory standards
• Demonstrating a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Requirements

• Ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food sanitation or similar field preferred

Skills

• Proactive problem-solving skills

Benefits

• Competitive compensation of $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

• Available shifts: 1st (6:00 am – 2:30 pm), 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm), 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
• Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
• During peak season, 7 days a week

Pay

• $14.00 / hour

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
• 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am
