About the role
Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. is hiring Sanitation Workers for their Food Production Facility in Ferndale, MI.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work areas, and food processing facilities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment
- Following food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Using approved cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Performing routine cleaning, waste removal, and sanitation tasks
- Supporting efficient production and meeting quality and regulatory standards
- Demonstrating a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food sanitation or similar field preferred
Skills

Benefits
- Competitive compensation of $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

- Available shifts: 1st (6:00 am – 2:30 pm), 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm), 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
- Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
- During peak season, 7 days a week
Pay

Schedule
- 1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am
