Keeping our utensils clean is a crucial part of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Responsibilities as a Dishwasher: Washing dishes and equipment in the Dishwashing Room to meet Farmer’s Fridge standards of cleanlinessChange the dishwasher water, detergent, and sanitizer to keep the machine running clean, and complete the Dishwasher Water Change Checklist in real-timeClean the tool storage boxes, dish shelves, and stages (weekly) and keep the dish room tidyCommunicate with the QFS Team on equipment that must be swabbed to return to ProductionKeep the floor and floor drains in the Production rooms and other rooms clean and free of debris Dump trash and compost bins to ensure they remain useable for Production Take Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience: Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8+ hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and in a hot environmentMust be able and willing to work in refrigerated coolers (~38⁰F)Able to lift 25-50 lbsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English Preferred) Personal characteristics: Improvement Oriented: You know your team is doing a good job; however, you keep track of data so that others can understand their performance too.
