Food Production Line Worker - Night Shift

About the role

The Food Production Line Worker plays a crucial role in Echo Lake Foods' manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, process, and package food products according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures (including PPE usage)
• Accurately label, pack, and palletize finished products
• Report equipment malfunctions, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality is required
• A basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods (8–12 hours)
• Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or refrigerated environments)
