Manufacturing Worker - NIGHT SHIFT

About the role

We're seeking motivated and skilled Manufacturing Workers to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating various production machinery, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Train to operate a variety of production machinery, such as winders, ovens, and kneaders, following detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Perform repetitive tasks without compromising productivity.
• Ensure products consistently meet high standards for quality and precision.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure finished parts meet exact requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Teamwork: Enjoy working collaboratively and have excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina: Able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Attendance: Strong work ethic and reliable transportation.
• Attention to Detail: Stickler for accuracy and pride in quality work.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with machinery and understanding technical instructions.
• Safety-Conscious: Prioritize safety and follow established protocols.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship program.
• Experience: At least 2 (two) years of related experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Physical Requirements: Stand for extended periods, use hand tools, perform repetitive movements like bending and stooping. Work in hot/cold environments and lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship program is a plus!
