Responsibilities

  • Supervises, trains, monitors, and coaches restaurant staff
  • Directs and assigns restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
  • Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
  • Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees focus on serving the customer
  • Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
  • Performs various other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school education
  • Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
  • Certification in bartending preferred
  • Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Pay

Compensation range: $18.00 - $21.60 per hour. This position is tipped eligible.
