Responsibilities
- Supervises, trains, monitors, and coaches restaurant staff
- Directs and assigns restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
- Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees focus on serving the customer
- Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
- Performs various other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of high school education
- Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
- Certification in bartending preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Pay
Compensation range: $18.00 - $21.60 per hour. This position is tipped eligible.
