About the role
Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Durango, CO. This position will oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
- Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and termination.
- Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
- Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
- Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.
Requirements
- At least two years experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Two years hotel experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a proven track record of success in supervising teams and managing budgets.
