Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations during shifts
Provide coverage for staff breaks on the kitchen line and behind the bar
Monitor and enforce sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards
Observe customer service interactions and step in to support or resolve issues as needed
Assist the team during peak service times and high-volume rushes
Perform general cleaning, stocking, and inventory support
Support staff relations and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Coordinate with the business partner to ensure smooth pace of play and excellent service for golfers
Supervise events and ensure smooth execution of service
Assist with outing and catering events, including setup and teardown
Ensure prep lists are completed accurately and on time by staff
Assist with dish pit support to maintain operational flow and cleanliness
Respond to operational needs as they arise

Requirements

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on hospitality and team culture
• Flexible, seasonal scheduling

Qualifications

• Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening
