Food & Beverage Manager

Role: Assists in managing Food and Beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, cost control, and compliance with policies. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise Food and Beverage functions, including personnel management, training, scheduling, and customer service.Oversee event setups, monitor functions, and ensure proper clean-up.Manage inventory, including special functions, bar stock, and service ware.Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.Perform front-line duties as a Banquet or Restaurant Server when needed.Control operating expenses and manage payroll records.Establish food production procedures and maintain quality standards.Lead, motivate, and build effective relationships with staff and guests. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of two years’ experience in banquet-style food and beverage service.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to supervise, train staff, and work well with other departments.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform related tasks.
