Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Elevate standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Anticipate and solve challenges to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with both guests and team members
- Manage a 24-hour operation with flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
- Passionate about food & beverage
- A minimum of 3 years of similar work experience
- Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations
- A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- A proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment
