Operations & Compliance Guru: Upholding standards for grooming, safety, and certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, and more.

Admin Ace: Handles payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.

Quality & Promotions Pro: Ensures food looks and tastes excellent, creates fun promotions, oversees inventory and beverage purchasing.

Communication & Problem-Solving Hero: Keeps everyone informed and addresses guest requests or concerns quickly, ensuring satisfaction.

General Go-Getter: Analyzes reports, attends meetings, and jumps in wherever needed, bringing versatility and positivity to the team.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
