Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of Tavolo Restaurant, the Lobby Bar, and the Coffee Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
- Support banquet operations through the leadership of the Assistant Banquet Manager and collaborate on event execution.
- Lead the day-to-day operation of Tavolo Restaurant, the Lobby Bar, and the Coffee Club.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, product quality, and compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations are consistently followed.
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and front-line Team Members.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and service-oriented work environment.
- Build a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets.
- Monitor labor costs, productivity, food cost, and beverage cost.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly operating results and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Support inventory management, purchasing, and cost control initiatives.
- Maintain a visible presence during service periods.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and service recovery situations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the dining and beverage experience.
- Partner with Sales, Front Office, Kitchen, and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Support hotel initiatives, promotions, and special events.
- Contribute ideas that enhance guest satisfaction and drive outlet performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in hotels or upscale restaurants.
- Previous experience managing a restaurant and bar operation; hotel experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supervising multiple outlets is an asset.
- Banquet experience is preferred, although direct banquet management will be supported by the Assistant Banquet Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage financials, labor management, and cost controls.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems (Silverware knowledge is a plus) and Microsoft Office.
- Must speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; solid understanding of food and beverage financials, labor management, and cost controls; ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment; proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus.

$62,000 - $65,000 annually.
