Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Plan and manage the Restaurant to achieve customer (guest, associate, corporate, and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting and exceeding financial goals. The position is responsible for the short-term planning and daily operations of the Restaurant and may also manage a lounge or quiet bar.

Responsibilities

• Recommend promotional ideas and procedural changes.
• Prepare forecasts for the Restaurant.
• Implement, monitor, and control budgets for the various operational areas.
