About the role

Celebration Cinema Rivertown, in Grandville, MI, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead their operations with a focus on guest experience, quality, and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all food and beverage operations with a focus on guest experience, quality, and consistency.
  • Order, monitor, and control food and alcohol inventory while managing food costs.
  • Audit deliveries; maintain proper storage and rotation of concession, bar, kitchen areas, and related equipment.
  • Maintain consistent recipe execution, portion control, food safety, and alcohol awareness.
  • Handle end-of-month inventory and approve related account payables.
  • Plan and execute private and public group events.
  • Review financial and operational reports to spot trends and improve performance.
  • Serve as Theatre Manager-in-Charge as needed or support the management team on shift.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming theatre experience for every guest.
  • Support daily theatre operations including public showings and private events.
  • Enforce cash-handling policies and procedures.
  • Train, coach, and lead teams to deliver Celebrated Service.
  • Delegate responsibilities and guide team members to meet operational goals.
  • Provide regular feedback, performance coaching, and motivation.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment.
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, security, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding as needed.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • 1–2 years of restaurant and/or theatre management experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • TIPS Certification preferred.
  • ServSafe Food and Allergen Certification preferred.
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to remain mobile and on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members.
