About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager supports in overseeing all facets of the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms and suites. This includes service and product in the Outlets and In-Room Dining department. The role involves maintaining par stocks of inventory for all F&B areas, as well as hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service across all hotel areas, including outlets and in-room dining.
• Maintain par stocks of inventory for all F&B areas.
• Hire, train, supervise, and discipline Food & Beverage staff.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting.

Requirements

• Up to one year of previous employment in a related position.
• College degree preferred.
• Prior union experience is beneficial.
• Prior New York experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera and Micros computer systems is a plus.
• US work authorization is required unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.

Pay

$80,000 - $85,000
