About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the hotel's dining and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including menu planning and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and food costs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
