About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the hotel's dining and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including menu planning and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and food costs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
