As a Certified Dietary Manager, Dietetic Technician, or Registered Dietician, you will lead the Food and Nutrition Program for patients and residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center's Food & Nutrition Program
• Supervise the preparation and service of planned menus, nourishments, and supplements
• Provide nutrition education to residents, patients, and their families
• Provide oversight and management of the center's Dietary Aides and Cooks

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Dietetic Technician, or Registered Dietician (required)
• One (1+) year food service experience in an institutional or health-related setting, focusing on planning, preparing, and servicing regular and therapeutic diets (preferred)
