Food and Event Delivery Driver - CochranPart-time

Responsibilities

• Pick up food from Roots and deliver to customers.
• Set up food deliveries when required.
• Carry items such as a 30lb box through halls, elevators, etc.
• Maintain access to email and a working phone at all times.
• Interact with customers via phone and in person, representing Roots.
• Note: this is a contracted position, not employment.

Pay

Expected pay: average $40+ per delivery.

Schedule

Approximately 5 hours per week initially, increasing to 10 hours per week over the next 6 months if additional time is desired. Must have a very flexible schedule; orders are emailed by 8:30 a.m. for the day, with general availability required between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday‑Friday.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Current car insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to access email and a working phone at all times.
