About the role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Chandelier Bar team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a F&B Supervisor, you will take an active role in the supervision of the restaurant and/or bar, anticipating guests' needs while greeting, seating, and serving guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service execution, maintaining exceptional standards, and providing hands-on support to the team as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs, deliver personalized service, and promptly resolve concerns to create memorable dining experiences.
- Manage guest feedback professionally, addressing complaints and recognizing compliments while communicating key insights to leadership.
- Support team success through daily service briefings, training, coaching, and participation in departmental meetings to uphold Four Seasons service standards.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to maintain the highest levels of service, presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence, while serving as Manager on Duty in their absence.
Requirements
- High reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage.
- College degree or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Work Authorization for the United States.
What to expect
- Work a flexible schedule of approximately 45 hours per week that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Extended shifts may be needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that requires continuous movement and standing, engaging with guests and team members throughout your shift.
