Food and Beverage Supervisor

Essential Duties

• Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations.
• Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing, and maintain bar beverage inventory control.
• Lead staff training sessions for orientation and new beverage products, and contribute to shift briefings as requested.
• Ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and in line with Florida Law.
• Maintain and update cocktail and liquor menus in conjunction with Food and Drink Management.
• Monitor and adhere to the rules and regulations established by the Company: includes monitoring of guest consumption and knowledge of procedures for handling intoxicated guests.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of bartending experience in a highvolume bar, lounge or highend restaurant.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Required to have knowledge of safe serving of alcoholic beverages.
• Exceptionally serviceoriented/ understands hospitality.
