Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

Oversees banquet and catered event operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient execution, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure events are executed according to BEOs, client expectations, and operational standards.
• Assign responsibilities, provide direction, and support team members throughout events.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event details to staff.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, catering, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of banquet team members.
• Complete event documentation and communicate operational concerns or service opportunities to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, hospitality, or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds during events.

Pay

$20.00 to $20.00
