Food and Beverage Supervisor
A Food and Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing daily operations within the hospitality dining areas to ensure quality service, Member satisfaction, and efficient team performance.
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations
- Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners
- Ensure excellent customer service and Member satisfaction
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
- Assist with shift coordination when necessary
- Help coach new employees on company procedures and service expectations
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Support monthly beverage inventory
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams
- Help maintain labor cost controls
- Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

Desirable Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) for most of the workday
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more or less than 30 pounds
