About the role
The role of Food and Beverage Manager involves overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations including menu development, staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Develop and manage the food and beverage menu
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid food handler’s license
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of local food and beverage trends

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
