Responsibilities

• Build employee schedules, assign daily tasks, and process payroll documentation
• Organize facility layouts and negotiate event specifics with clients
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to ensure prompt meal service
• Handle patron concerns with professionalism
• Sources and purchases necessary operational supplies and equipment
• Ensures all food handling areas comply with municipal health and safety codes
• Instructs personnel on proper service etiquette to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• An associate’s degree or higher in hospitality management or a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
• Digital literacy, especially with standard office programs
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
