About the role
Oversee and influence the service and culture of our dining operations. As a passionate, creative and energetic leader, ensure an excellent guest experience by directing, implementing and maintaining service standards and motivating and guiding members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an excellent guest experience by directing, implementing and maintaining service standards.
- Motivate and guide members of the team.
- Perform mental activities such as learning, thinking, following instructions, concentrating, interacting with others, handling stressful situations, self control, attention to detail and be reliable.
- Have advanced knowledge of wine and pairing of wine and food.
- Ability to step into any restaurant outlet and be effective.
- Understand basic food cost and payroll cost control.
- Understands Micros System.
- Be able to train individuals and select the appropriate training to maximize the value.
- Follow instructions and direction by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Two years’ experience in managing food and beverage operations.
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- A high school education is preferred.
Qualifications
