About the role
The Oasis Hotel & Convention Center is seeking an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead their restaurant, banquet, catering, breakfast, and bar operations.
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing restaurant, banquet, bar, and breakfast teams
- Managing daily operations of Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar
- Overseeing banquet, catering, and convention center food and beverage functions
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Managing labor, food, beverage, and operating costs
- Maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Working closely with culinary, sales, and hotel leadership teams to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Driving operational excellence while creating a positive and engaging work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of food and beverage management experience
- Hotel, resort, restaurant, or convention center experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory
- Passion for guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Possess a valid food handler’s permit
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Have a valid driver’s license
