About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani seeks experienced attorneys for immediate openings in its Dallas office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in Food and Agriculture Litigation or Regulatory Practice to join the firm’s Trial Team. This position centers on defending clients in the food and agriculture sector in complex, nationwide litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in the food and agriculture sector in complex, nationwide litigation matters.
• Drive team dynamics and contribute to the success of the firm's Trial Team.
• Showcase excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research.
• Handle assignments with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-starting abilities.
• Preferred but not required: motions and discovery experience.

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
• Driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Strong academic background and proven skills in research.
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
• Preferred but not required: motions and discovery experience.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in Food and Agriculture Litigation or Regulatory Practice.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
